The task
Right now `gx.get_context(...)` figures out what kind of `DataContext` to give me by inspecting a combination of arguments (`project_config`, `context_root_dir`, `cloud_mode`, `cloud_access_token`, ...) plus environment variables. That works, but for a lot of my use cases it feels indirect and a bit fragile.
