Implement is token subtype equivalently to the reference: a task in repo2rlenv-equivalence-tests (Harbor dataset). Implement the function is token subtype in /workspace/task module.py so that it is behaviorally equivalent to reference is token subtype (which is already provided in task module.py ).

Implement the function `is_token_subtype` in `/workspace/task_module.py` so that it is behaviorally equivalent to `reference_is_token_subtype` (which is already provided in `task_module.py`).
