Implement update in equivalently to the reference

Implement update in equivalently to the reference: a task in repo2rlenv-equivalence-tests (Harbor dataset). Implement the function update in in /workspace/task module.py so that it is behaviorally equivalent to reference update in (which is already provided in task module.py ).
