Bits negative indexing returns wrong result

Bits negative indexing returns wrong result: a task in Repo2RLEnv R2E-Gym / SWEGEN (Harbor dataset). Indexing into a Bits object with a negative integer gives wrong results. For example, Bits('10') -2 returns False instead of True , and out-of-range negative indices like Bits('10') -3 return False…

The task

Indexing into a `Bits` object with a negative integer gives wrong results. For example, `Bits('10')[-2]` returns `False` instead of `True`, and out-of-range negative indices like `Bits('10')[-3]` return `False` silently instead of raising `IndexError`.
