The task
A log processing pipeline is partially implemented but produces no useful output. The script `/opt/logparse/summarize.sh` is supposed to read `/var/log/app/access.log` and write a per-user summary to `/opt/logparse/report.txt`. Currently the script exits without writing anything useful.
