The `log_durations` utility in `funcy.debug` formats elapsed durations with incorrect unit selection and/or scaling. A duration of 10 ms (0.01 seconds) is reported as `10000.00 mks` (microseconds) instead of `10.00 ms`, and a duration of 25 µs (0.000025 seconds) is reported as `0.02 ms` instead of `25.00 mks`.
