In `funcy/debug.py`, the `signature_repr` function constructs a call signature string using the `//` operator instead of the `%` string-formatting operator. This causes a `TypeError` whenever any function decorated with `log_calls`, `print_calls`, `log_durations`, or similar debug utilities is invoked.
