**Problem** After running INSERT, UPDATE, or DELETE statements with SQL.js, there is currently **no way to obtain** how many rows were actually modified. Users who need to verify the effect of their write operations (e.g., confirm an update matched rows, or count inserted/deleted records) have no direct API for this.
