The task

For example, given a configuration with two packages where the first package has an override for `foo.a` and the second package has overrides for `bar.a` and `bar.b`, only the second package's overrides (`bar.a` and `bar.b`) will be applied. The first package's override (`foo.a`) will be silently ignored.
