ACME complained (ticket #88): their one-hour kickoff meeting on May 2nd was billed as 1h15. Anna wrote a small regression test for it, `tests/test_ticket_88.py` (not committed yet). The billing rules are in the README; according to Tom this used to work a few weeks ago.
