`sincronizza.py` sporca lo stdout con i messaggi di debug e non riesco a fare `python sincronizza.py catalogo.csv | jq`. Trasforma quei print in logging (logger del modulo, livello DEBUG) e aggiungi un flag `--debug` che li fa vedere su stderr. Sullo stdout deve finire solo il JSON, con o senza flag.
