The task

I restructured settings.yaml yesterday — `db_host`, `db_port` and `db_name` now live in a nested `database:` section as `host`, `port`, `name` — but forgot to update the code, so `python app.py` now dies with `KeyError: 'db_host'`. Update the code to the new layout; don't go back to the old config.
