The task
Clean up the phone column in /workdir/contacts.csv (edit the file in place): every number should look like +393471129081, so a + then digits only, no spaces, dashes, dots or brackets. Numbers starting with + or 00 already have a country code (00 means +); anything else is Italian, add +39. Don't change names or emails.
