Checkout in prod started throwing errors this afternoon (2026-09-23) and payments dropped. The deploy tooling, alert history, service logs and change tickets are in /workdir, and the service manifests are in the git repo /workdir/deploy-manifests (CI deploys a given revision of that repo).
