Finance says the "Billing DB" dashboard has been missing data for one database instance since last week (INC-5120), and the billing replication-lag alert can't fire for it either. The Prometheus config, its logs, targets, dashboards, our inventory, tickets and copies of the hosts' exporter settings are under /workdir.
