In `etc/service.conf`, in the `[scheduler]` section, update `retries` from `3` to `8`, in the `[api]` section comment out the line `port = 9443` by prefixing it with `; ` and in the `[api]` section, update `rate_limit` from `500` to `100`. Everything else must stay exactly as it is.
