In `service.json`, delete the key `api.base_url`; then in `service.dev.json`, in the `scheduler` object rename the key `enabled` to `is_enabled`, keeping its value and in the `debug` object, right after `profile`, add the key `verify_ssl` with value `true`. Do not change anything else.
