In `service.yaml`, in the `metrics` section set `port` to `9200`; then in `service.dev.yaml`, in the `api` section, right after the `timeout` line, add `compression: false` (same indentation as the other keys) and in the `scheduler` section set `retries` to `3`. Everything else must stay exactly as it is.
