cron edit

cron edit: a task in scrivania-harbor (Harbor dataset). fattura.sh stays at 02:00; comments and variables do not change. Fix crontab.txt: fattura pdf.sh must run every day at 03:30, controlla.sh every 30 minutes instead of every 15, and the notifica.sh job must be removed.
