csv aggregate

csv aggregate: a task in scrivania-harbor (Harbor dataset). I need a hand: create Documents/Personal/totals.csv with the total of each category in Documents/Personal/accounts.csv: header category,total and rows in alphabetical order of category. Amounts with two decimals.
