img crop

img crop: a task in scrivania-harbor (Harbor dataset). Small job for you. Crop Pictures/floorplan.png: keep the rectangle 200 pixels wide and 240 high whose top-left corner is at x=296, y=90, and save it as Pictures/floorplan crop.png. Do not modify the original image. Thanks.
