img thumbnail

img thumbnail: a task in scrivania-harbor (Harbor dataset). I need a hand: create in Pictures/painting/thumbs a thumbnail of every image (.jpg and .png) in Pictures/painting: long side 128 pixels, same name, same format. The thumbs folder does not exist yet; leave the originals untouched.
