mkdir structure

mkdir structure: a task in scrivania-harbor (Harbor dataset). Small job for you. Set up the project skeleton Projects/client smith: folders src, tests and docs/img, a README.md holding only the line " client smith" and a .gitignore with the single line " .log". Nothing else. Thanks.
