mkdir structure

mkdir structure: a task in scrivania-harbor (Harbor dataset). I need a hand: create in Archive/2026 one subfolder per month named with its two-digit number (01, 02, …, 12), each holding an empty .keep file. Do not touch the 2025 archive.
