recover noexec

recover noexec: a task in scrivania-harbor (Harbor dataset). I need a hand: run the script tools/make report.sh on the file dati/clienti ottobre.txt: it must create report/attivi.txt. Do not edit the script or the data; if something fails, fix what is needed and try again.
