uniq count

uniq count: a task in scrivania-harbor (Harbor dataset). Small job for you. Create report/counts.txt with one line per user of logs/journal.log in the form "name count" (e.g. mrossi 5), most active first, ties in alphabetical order. The folder does not exist yet. Thanks.
